Fadzai Marange is a commercially driven agribusiness leader and farmer with a strong foundation in large-scale programme management, systems optimisation, and enterprise development. With over 15 years of executive leadership across global health and international development sectors, she has successfully transitioned these capabilities into building and scaling sustainable agricultural enterprises across Southern Africa.

She is the Founder and Lead Farmer of a rapidly expanding vegetable farming and agricultural infrastructure business operating across Zimbabwe and South Africa. Her work focuses on climate-smart agriculture, protected farming systems, and enabling smallholder farmers to access high-value markets. Fadzai combines technical farming expertise with strategic business acumen, positioning her as a key player in agribusiness transformation, farmer empowerment, and regional agricultural value chain development.

Demeter Agricultural Coalition Africa

Fadzai is a co-founder of the Demeter Agricultural Coalition Africa (DACA), a community harbouring over 1,000 SME farmers from multiple countries, focused on community-based agricultural knowledge exchange. DACA was built to enable access to high-value markets, improved crop yields, and enhanced produce quality for marginalised farmers. She continues to provide strategic mentorship and convene dialogues around sustainable agriculture and agribusiness innovation.
