Habanero Chilli
Uniform variety, shape and colour with firm, glossy skin — fresh green or fully coloured to order. Free from pests, decay, cracks, shrivelling, sunburn and chemical residue.
Bird's Eye Chilli
Small chilli with strong pungency and uniform size. Fresh pods firm and vibrant; dried fully dehydrated with no mould; ground finely milled and contaminant-free.
Green Chillies
Uniform green colour, firm texture, intact stems and consistent sizing. Free from blemishes, soft spots, pest damage and physiological defects.
Butternut
Well-matured, uniformly shaped fruit with a hard cured rind and even tan colour. Free from cracks, bruises, decay, sunburn and mechanical damage.
Red, Yellow & Green Peppers
Bright uniform colour, thick walls, firm texture and smooth skin. Free from blossom-end rot, sunscald, pest damage and deformities.
Cherry & Cocktail Tomatoes
Uniform size and colour, firm but ripe, with glossy skin. Free from splitting, bruising, decay and excessive softness.
Sugar Snap Peas
Bright green, crisp pods with undeveloped seeds. Free from yellowing, fibre strings, blemishes, pest damage and moisture defects.
Green Beans
Straight, tender pods of even length and colour that break cleanly. Free from swollen seeds, marks, rot and tough fibres.
Gem Squash
Uniform size, dark green glossy skin and firm flesh. Free from scarring, soft spots, pest damage and over-maturity.
Whole Cabbage
Compact, dense heads with fresh green leaves and uniform size. Free from insect damage, internal browning, decay and loose outer leaves.
Lettuce
Crisp, clean leaves with uniform colour. Free from tip burn, decay, pest damage, soil residue and excessive moisture.
Dried Tomatoes
Evenly dehydrated slices with deep red colour — no mould, fermentation, foreign matter or off-odours. Can be further processed into ground tomatoes on request.
Dried Cabbage
Uniformly dried pieces with a clean aroma and natural colour, in various flavours (chives, spring onion, dried tomato). Free from browning, mould, pests and contamination.
Beetroot
Smooth, firm roots with deep red internal colour and uniform size. Free from cracks, woody texture, decay and pest damage.
Baby Spinach
Tender young leaves, bright green, fresh and dry. Free from yellowing, decay, pest damage and soil residue.
Baby Marrow
Small to medium with smooth skin and firm flesh. Minimal seed development, with no scarring, soft spots or deformities.
Spring Onions
Crisp white bulbs with fresh green tops, uniform sizing and trimmed roots. Free from slime, yellowing or decay.
Brown Onions (Dried)
Fully cured, firm bulbs with dry outer skins and uniform size. Free from sprouting, mould and rot.
Pumpkins
Well-cured hard rind with uniform colour and shape. Free from cracks, decay, bruising and soft spots.
Coriander
Fresh, aromatic leaves with bright green colour. Free from wilting, yellowing, decay and foreign matter.
Parsley
Fresh green leaves with firm stems and good aroma. Free from yellowing, pest damage and decay.

Fruits & Nuts
Unlike our horticulture line, these fruits and nuts are not grown on our own farms. We aggregate them from a network of trusted growers, then grade and supply them to quality standards for retail and export.
Avocado
Mature but firm fruit with uniform shape and appropriate dry-matter levels. No internal bruising or decay.
Macadamia & Cashew Nuts
Fully mature kernels with low moisture content and uniform size. Free from rancidity, mould, insect damage and foreign matter.
Lemons
Bright yellow colour, firm fruit with high juice content and clean skin. Free from blemishes, decay and pest damage.
Oranges
Uniform colour, firm and heavy for size with juicy flesh. Thin to medium rind, free from granulation, decay and pest damage.
Naartjies
Uniform colour, firm and heavy for size with juicy flesh. Thin to medium rind, free from granulation, decay and pest damage.
Mangoes
Bright orange-green colour, easy-peel skin and firm fruit with sweet flavour. Free from puffiness and decay.

We grade, prepare and pack our produce under the Amazing Greens label — from bagged peppers and vacuum-packed baby spinach to shrink-wrapped and boxed cabbage, ready for retail, wholesale and export.
